30-Day Return Policy

We at Disc Golf Core Unit are committed to providing you with high-quality apparel and accessories. We understand that sometimes, despite our best efforts, a product may not meet your expectations. Therefore, we offer a 30-day return policy to ensure your satisfaction.

1. Eligibility:

   – To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.

   – Items that are damaged, altered, or not in their original packaging may not be eligible for a return.

2. Timeframe:

   – You have 30 calendar days from the date of purchase to request a return.

   – After 30 days, unfortunately, we can no longer accept returns.

3. How to initiate a return:

   – To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team via the Contact Us page on our site (https://discgolfcoreunit.com). Provide your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, the reason for the return, and a photo of the defective item.

4. Return shipping:

   – The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped or manufacturing defect).

   – We recommend using a traceable shipping service to ensure the safe return of the item.

   – Please include the RMA number on the returned package to facilitate a smooth return process.

5. Refunds:

   – Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we will notify you about the status of your refund.

   – If the return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original payment method within 5 business days.

   – Depending on your payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to be reflected in your account.

6. Non-refundable items:

   – Certain items are non-refundable, including but not limited to gift cards and personalized/customized items.

   – Sale or clearance items may be eligible for a return but may be subject to a restocking fee. Items ordered in the wrong size, or color are non-refundable.

7. Damaged or defective items:

   – If you receive a damaged or defective item, we may request photos or additional information to assess the nature of the damage or defect.

   – We will either provide a replacement or refund, depending on the availability of the item.
